the mix between Japan and italy doesnt work ... you get okay pasta and some good dishes...the rest is mediocre and overhyped ... beeftartare with miso tastes basicly horrible ...to mild... if you eat raw meat you better have some mustard or other kind of spice with it
You have to walk up a flight of stairs to access this 2nd floor. We ordered their house sourdough bread, octopus salad and oysters to start. All prepared with subtle Asian flavours and to our delight. For the main we tried their morel mushroom with béchamel sauce lasagne, so many layers and the noodles was cooked al dente. The tonkatsu was very interesting, layered and deep fried in very hot oil so the crust was crispy and the inside still very moist. The service was excellent.
