This was the worse experience I have ever had. I ordered an upgrade on my plan and phone through my company’s EPP offer. After receiving the phone with a scratch i attempted to contact me and help me with this issue. The ONLY way that the agents would communicate with me is email even after I requested to call me to help with to see options available. I tried calling them with no luck all I heard was an automated message and the call ended. I will never deal with this company again.
