    James Dorland is very professional and knowledgeable! He took the time to explain things to me and answer my many questions. He really went above and beyond! I would highly recommend him!

    Unfortunately owner James left me with little communication and invoiced me exactly double the amount of what we verbally agreed with! This was after being in the office 3x to discuss my survey (nice people) not honest or loyal to their word! After being advised from contractors and a random individual in conversation that this is not a survey company to be trusted regarding costs, I ignored that.... I trusted it being the original company when I bought the house. Lesson learned. Thx
