Elantra Pref Sun/Tech 2021 master cylinder for the breaks is back order since July 11 2022. So I don't have my car since, still waiting!! and customer service just bullshit !!!!

$500.00 deposit for order. Then switch from 2023 car to 2022 car. Peterborough dealership won’t return calls. Bought Hyundai since 1992 and now advise anyone to not get into a $500.00 deposit. They won’t return it.

I went into Maple Hyundai, my local dealership and I cannot emphasize how horrible my experience was. I went in with potential interest in a particular model. I am not to sure if there is an internal competition going on for who can sell the most Elantras but the sales rep did not allow me to pick the model car I wanted, he kept pushing me to purchase and Elantra. Horrible experience, I got out of there. NEVER going back.

Does not treat complaints seriously. Even after 12+ calls, they will just parrot the line that the dealers that rip you off are independent dealers, and they cant hold them to account. Do not trust Hyundai.

Ok here is the update. Mechanic diagnosed as a dual clutch problem. The car dosent even have a dual clutch. Now they are giving us a new transmission. Do I trust that this is going to be done properly not on your life. They couldnt even change the oil filter with out a part falling off in my garage.Please people stay away from this place.

Just awful service In for appointment at 1.15pm for oil change only....out at 3.45pm 2 1/2 hours!!!
