    I love that I can be confident that I will walk out of the hair Studio with a good hair cut and nice colour. I always see the same stylist, and if I'm not happy with something, it gets fixed right away. I can also say that I have never encountered anything but professional service from everyone.

    Horrible customer service. I asked for a very simple request, to help trim some loose straglers at the top of my crown. And I asked to please not touch my fringe, Im growing it out, for a long side-swept look. To only tighten up the back of my head. Walked through what I wanted with my stylist. . . 3 times. And then it happened. 6 months of growth, gone in under a minute. Completely setting me back in getting the look I want. Having to pay for such horrible customer service, just
