We picked up a large snow blower Nov.18,2018.at the Newmarket Store. Three young men and a supervisor on his way out stopped to load this machine. No easy task.They gave 110%. Polite, willing , diligent. We finally got it in. They went beyond & deserve to be acknowledged.

I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. I was so pleasantly surprised: 1) outstanding service and information from both people in the store recently. 2) the selection in the store is amazing 3) have expanded their stock of really interesting sports items as well as accessories. Today, I wanted to add to the first review I wrote but was unable to because I already submitted that first one and I guess only one is allowed per person (so I'm using a different email login to get in).
I had emailed to Naot and I found out from the customer rep that the older clerk's comment that my sister heard (about being sure we didn't switch the shoes) was a misunderstanding. Apparently, she believes the clerk was worried that we would have the wrong shoes in the boxes and buy the wrong ones by accident.
I will give them the benefit of the doubt. And since I liked the shoes, I may go again to buy in the future.
