I've never needed a walk-in clinic till now, so I have no standard of comparison; but I consider my experience here to have been really good. Reception are polite and welcoming, everyone is kind and medically thorough, I have no complaints.
There was about an hour's wait from joining the queue outside, through the necessary formfilling, to seeing a doctor. I'm sure that that could have been worse given our abnormal conditions during the pandemic.

There is so much I can say about No Fear Counselling, but nothing would do it justice so I'll keep this short. Offir gave me my life back. I received fantastic therapy and advice which returned me to a normality that I thought was lost. Another thing I notice about Offir is that he genuinely cares about his clients and always does his best to find time for you. If you want a counselling service that you can trust, this is the one!

Dr. T. Shaha is an excellent doctor. He takes the time to understand the patients problems and explain what is involved in addressing the problem in details, including what medications are appropriate. He is also very good at settling an exam schedule and following up with patients regarding results from the various exams.

Dr. Frame is superb and more than that an artist. I have been having my fillers done by Dr. Frame for over three years. I live in the UK but come to see him once/twice a year whenever in town. I trust him completely and I am always happy with the results. He is kind and his work is completely aligned with a perfectionist like myself. The Vet and staff of this Animal Clinic is phenomenal. My boy was sick and finally lost his battle. It was traumatic for me but the Vet and her staff called me to check up on my fur baby even through the holidays. They treated him and myself so tenderly and compassionately.
I highly recommend them in caring for your fur babies needs and care. Thank you so much Doctor and the staff...I shall never forget your kindness through such a traumatic time!

They are prompt in following up if the prescription is not available, knowledgeable, listens to customers and very friendly. It can get quite busy and there is sometimes a wait. However, they have some young savvy doctors that are aware of today's over medicated society. My doctor listens to me, acknowledges me and is thorough ... if I have to wait a half an hour because he's running late due to walk-ins or because he spent to much time listening to other patients thoroughly, that's fine in my book.
