I am a patient at this clinic for about 5 years and I have never had a bad experience, the doctors are professional, there is walk in clinic where there is never a long wait so if my doctor is not available I can see someone else, the location has a a lab, a pharmacy, and all sort of other specialized practices in the same building. Also, plenty of free parking.

Sleep evaluation is a challenge. If you are there you likely need to be, so suck it up. This is not a spa, it is a lab. Clinicians are at work. Nothing sexy about it. I have been 2X, testing and follow up. I was treated well, the staff was efficient and the work gets done. You are out of your comfort zone, deal with it. Nobody enjoys the experience, it sucks to be wired up. But, the reward is potentially life-affecting. A spa would be nice, so is better sleep. Stop complaining & sleep well.

Dr. Adam is experienced with an extensive medical background that gives him insight into the problems of his patients. He looks at the whole patient, which is unusual. Although in the past there were problems with waiting times and the crowded waiting room, that is no longer the case.

Many surgeries later I was able to get pregnant and was blessed with twins. Since they arrived there were many additional surgeries. Dr. Hall and Cathy were there to provide support, understanding and answer all of my questions from my first visit till my last one. Dr. Fitch was amazing. He came recommended where he took out my wisdom teeth. He did a phonemanal job where I didn’t have to take any pain meds and was back to normal 2 days after. He was very thorough and explained everything to me what will happen during the surgery and the nurse took over after. Would recommend him to anyone. Unfortunately he is now retired

I have always found the staff respect and accommodating but unfortunately it is the dr's who put the staff in an awkward positions as they are never in the centre until an hour after it opens and by then the waiting room is packed of impatient patients who take it out on the administrative staff. Patients are less likely to take it out on the Dr's who are the problem, no the staff who try their.

Dr. Weather took care of my parents Aurore and Gerry Jones with much care and attention. He is a busy guy and is a no non-sense Doc, but he is smart and caring. If he had not noticed in a blood test a critical illness I did not know I had, I would be dead right now. His assistant Kim is a great multi tasker.
