They were incredibly kind and more helpful than I deserved as a customer. I have a feeling they treat everyone with not just respect but they likely go above and beyond for all of their customers. Visiting the Falls and the bar was a 5 minute walk from the motel. The girl serving us, Kristen, was friendly and fast...had our drinks in no time even though it was busy and she was the only server. Food came fast, hot and exactly how I like my wings and I'm fussy! Spoke with Tuna (Charlie maybe?) behind the bar and told him that if I lived here, this is where I would hang out...he bought my wife and I a drink, which we thought was excellent. Went back the next night and ate something completely different and it to was excellent. Four dinners in 2 nights with about 8 pints total including somewhat generous tips brought the 2 day total to $92 CDN...the place is inexpensive and the food is very good. Read more

Every one of the staff members were very courteous and attentive. My daughter had her newborn son strapped to her chest in a wrap and many staff members stopped by to see our 6 week old grandson. I'm a regular customer at this Tim Horton's location, and have been to many others in Niagara Falls. While many have good service and quality products, this location is one of the more remarkable stores, their baked goods are always fresh, as is the other menu items.
