I have coming to this restaurant since young child. I recommended wonton soup, egg roll as a start. Crispy Beef or crab raggons as a appetizer, Chili Shrimp to die for, sizzling Cantonese Pork, Ginger Lobster, Cantonese Chow Mein, General Toa's Chicken, Sweet & Sour Chicken Balls (amazing), Dry Garlic Ribs, & Happy Fried Rice. All gluten free expected the Sweet & sour Chicken & noodle in the Cantonese Chow mein. Great portion & taste is out of this world. The Patio in the summer is amazing!!! Riverwalk the best view. Best buffet in Ontario. We have always dined at this location. Management listens and are very attentive to customer needs. It is always clean, has excellent service, friendly atmosphere, fresh foods, great desserts, hot and sour soup best we have ever had, replenished items often, very affordable, grilled meats, sushi very good, calories per serving displayed on each item, great location, easy to get to and never so crowded you do not want to enter. Never one regret dining here.

This place was unbelievable. The wine selection is huge, and the food is to die for. The views of the falls are unmatched. The appetizer was SO delicious and the main course was even better.
I ordered the salmon, and it was cooked to perfection. I can't think of another way to describe this place, other than perfect. The server was attentive (except the water boy was slow), and always made sure we were enjoying ourselves.
Our bill for the two of us was $280 so it is a little on the pricey side, but definitely worth it if you are visiting the Niagara region.
We ordered drinks, two mains courses, two appetizers, and two desserts.

I have lived in Welland for over 30 years and have never eaten here until they mentioned "Buffalo Chicken Burger" on their advertising sign out front. So we decided to stop in and try it, I must say, it is a great burger and possibly the best in the entire Niagara Region, it is reasonably priced with perfect golden fries but no one else makes a Buffalo Chicken Burger like Cheers does. The staff in Cheers were great and we will be going back.

I have been to niagara falls many a time and i had not visited the beer garden and karaoke until recently with a friend. We had the best time and the MC, KRIS, made it so much fun. He has the best personality and has fun with the patrons too. We had so much fun that my friend and i decided to stay in niagara one more night to go again just to see his show.
Highly recommend this place to anyone. Kids til 9pm then it becomes an adult show....so much fun!

I'm not a very big fan of seafood, but I was won over by the incessant advertisements for Lobsterfest.
Gotta say it was the best dining decision made in a long time. This location was opulently decorated with wood interiors and it mainly had booth seating. After walking past a decorative stack of firewood outside, I was pleased to see a real fireplace inside.
After ordering entrees we were surprised to also get salads, potato sides, and these delicious little warm biscuits. The Lobster Trio was fantastic. The tail was meaty and came with plenty of butter, though it was unsalted butter and I had to add salt from the shaker to taste. Garlic shrimp were exceptional. The most remarkable treat was the Lobster Macaroni and Cheese that rounded out the trio. It was so rich and flavourul that I could not finish mine even though by every gastric impulse I had wanted to.
Soda pop has to be remarked on, it was rich and sweet the way fountain pop should be.
Sheldon was our server, and he did an amazing job. All other staff were friendly and courteous as well, which made it a beyond perfect atmosphere.

We LOVE Swiss Chalet! This is easily the most dependable place in town to eat. The food is always good, hot, delicious, and quickly delivered. I take quickly delivered to mean that I don't have to wait! Our servers have always been friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. The manager seems to be a little unpredictable at times, otherwise, it's a great, simple place to go with friends or family and we always go back!

I took a date there for date night. A nice, large booth was offered to us, very romantic and appealing.
The food was great in my opinion. Portions were very generous, and the flavour was more of a Canadianized Italian than authentic style. We both enjoyed or meal and the real treat came at dessert with the Chocolate Pizza - amazing and worth going again so I can introduce another to this delicacy.
The wine list was surprisingly diverse, a welcome treat. Our server treated us well. Based on my experience I would return to try it out again.

They also have a spacious parking area that is free to guests. (Trust me, that's rare in Niagara Falls). I invited friends and family from Toronto over lunch and everyone loved what I've ordered. Best Chinese in the Port Colborne/Welland area. We drive from Welland to get it there having not found anything even remotely as good in Welland. Large portions and quality food. Not cheap stuff you get elsewhere. The beef is tender and from a good cut. You can tell. The restaurant itself needs a refurbish but it is clean and as long as the food is terrific who cares?
