I've been to Vietnamese Restaurants in Richmond, Vancouver, Langley, Surrey.. pretty much all over the Lower Mainland, and nothing compares to Vi-La. The food is great; they have a variety of appetizers, soups, noodle bowls and rice dishes. The location is easy to find too with a lot of parking. The new location is awesome! Read more
