I have had service calls and repairs from this company three times in the last 5 years, and none were warranty work, my dryer was actually 12 years old. I have had prompt, polite and thorough service men, and good advice from each of them. I feel I can trust them as they explain the problem, and the pros and cons of a repair vs replacement.
