What a wonderful atmosphere and caring service my dog receives. Always going above and beyond and always giving professional advice and tips. If you want rude and unprofessional treatment well then this is the place for you. Not a good experience at this place. The owner is snarky to pet owners and who knows how she treats your pets. I was charged additional $5 for my dog because he had an accident on the floor as well as another time an additional fee because he had knots in his beard. I'm pretty sure that is part of the grooming business. Lastly please do not show up a few minutes before your appointment because you will be turned away with a rude comment to wait outside!!!
