New to Kingston, attending first year at Queen's. Heard that Brunch at Windills is the best!
Crazy busy, however no wait for a table. Manager was all smiles and welcomed us to Kingston, server equally as friendly. Fast Fast service and delicious food.
Way overpriced for what was served. Have sampled seafood pasta worldwide and this was one of the ones giving poorest value for the money! Service and atmosphere were fine.
