Exceptional service. Even when faced with a difficult repair on a non-Nissan vehicle, they have persevered to fix the problem. I have owned three Nissan cars, two Altimas and a Sentra. The service I have received is above and beyond. Such as arriving shortly before closing with low tire pressure in one tire. I was quickly taken in, nail in the tire, it was fixed and I was on my way in minutes. Service greets me by name, if I have a question it is answered quickly with an explanation if needed as an equal and not in a condescending manner being female. The best part is getting the car washed after service.
