Have had Joe repair my washing machine valve that leaked last year and when my dryer stopped heating he was the one to call to look at it and repair.

Joe had helped us repair an appliance last year, so when our washing machine stopped working mid-cycle today (drained, but then froze at the rinse/spin cycle) we called him and he came within a few hours! He had a preliminary diagnosis of our problem just from our description over the phone, and therefore came with parts in hand. He opened up our machine and confirmed that he was right about our issue, and started working right away. He was done in 30min, it must have been a world record!
