I wanted to purchase some heavier items. However the carts are labelled as not being allowed in the parking lot. I asked a staff member if I could take one out to my car if I had heavier items. I was curtly told no. No apology. No other suggestions. I told her I would shop elsewhere. She appeared not to care.
I went to the store this past Thursday to inquire about travel vaccines as well as a flu shot and was advised that I should come back on Saturday or Sunday when there was a phamasict working that could administer these injections. I returned today to receive the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life from a medical professional. Im not sure of the parmacists name but she had short blonde hair and was just the rudest individual I’ve ever dealt with. Stay away!
